The WEH® TW850 Quick Connector is ideally suited for function and pressure testing within high pressure ranges up to 630 bar max. A leaktight connection to components with bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or male thread is established in just seconds - without tedious hand tightening. Additional sealants and sealing tapes are not required.
Simply pull back the grip sleeve and place the connector onto the test piece port. Thanks to the time-saving handling, testing times are significantly reduced and workflows facilitated.
Made from high quality stainless steel, the connector meets the high demands of industrial testing and is also suited for automated test procedures.
The Quick Coupling WEH® TW850 is commonly used for leak testing of pressure vessels, compressors and heat exchangers as well as fittings for high pressure hoses and hydraulic hoses. This multi-purpose connector, however, is also suitable for connection to union nuts, compression fittings and injection pumps.
