The WEH® Quick Connector TW221 is the perfect tool for filling and evacuating as well as for pressure and vacuum testing of components at low pressure ranges.
The clamping lever actuation enables a pressure-tight connection in seconds to bores and straight tubes of copper, steel and aluminium sealing the internal tube diameter. The easy handling protects operators' joints, shortens connection times and simplifies workflows.
The quick coupling is secured to the component by ist connection seal. Complex and expensive clamping and testing devices are eliminated. The elastic seals are very reliable and bridge tube tolerances of up to ± 0,25 mm (required roundness of internal tube diameter max. 0.25 mm). There is no seal adjustment required.
The quick connector is also used in the automotive industry for vacuum and leak testing with oilfree air respectively gaseous media or as plug for sealing ports. In the refrigerating and air conditioningindustry, the connector is used for filling and evacuating.
