WEH® Connector TW230 for bores and internal tube diameters, clamping lever actuation, vacuum up to max. 70 bar - Product family

The Quick Connector WEH® TW230 for bores and tubes of copper, seel and aluminium is ideal for pressure and vacuum testing, as well as for underwater, pressure decay and helium tests. The Connector seals reliably inside tube and bore diameters from 9.5 to 22.2 mm - establishing safe & pressure-tight connections in just seconds.

The radial sealing is very reliable and brigdes tube tolerances of up to ± 0.25 mm (required roundness of internal tube diameter max. 0.25 mm). There is no seal adjustment required.

Connection to the inner tube diameter is established by simple actuation of the manual clamping lever. Thanks to the WEH® Jaw locking mechanism the connector is securely located - expensive clamping devices are eliminated. The timesaving handling shortens connection times and simplifies workflows. Thus increasing productivity. Thanks to the WEH® Jaw locking mechanism wear and distortion of the test piece are minimised as surface pressure is very low.

The quick connector WEH® TW230 is equipped with a NBR front seal. Other sealing materials are available on request. It is the customer‘s responsibility to clarify the media compatibility.

The quick coupling is also used for leak testing fo heat exchangers, air conditioners, tubing and heating systems in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, as well as for testing radiators and water connections for engine testing in the automotive industry.
